Originally started as a launch event for event tech startup Assenty, #FemaleTechFounder Night has since become one of the region’s most popular monthly meet ups for women looking to start a tech company!
The 50 tickets available regularly sell out and the event has been celebrated as creating a safe and welcoming for environment for nurturing startup ideas and supporting founders throughout the whole process of starting and scaling a tech company.
The concept is simple: our speakers are female founders who have started and are scaling their companies and they share their experiences and answer your questions! We also have some amazing experts from the legal and investment/VC community who volunteer their time, support and advice.
We would love to welcome men and women visiting the region for Digital City Festival 2020 to share with and learn from our friendly and collaborative community at our event on Tuesday 10 March, 6-8:30pm.
This event is about learning what investors mean when they ask about “the numbers”.
Following feedback from our last event, we’ve identified this as something absolutely critical for our startup community – we need to understand the metrics for growth to present them confidently.
The venue is ThoughtWorks offices, Federation House, Manchester and there’s food, drinks and an awesome events space to network in. All you need is a passion for startup ideas, tech, and good company!
What can you expect? There are event rounds up for our last two events on the Assenty blog:
