Caroline leads the Co-op’s digital marketing centre of excellence, focussed on leveraging the full digital marketing mix on behalf of Co-op’s food retail business, membership proposition and community and shared value programmes; all of which make Co-op unique in British retail. Caroline has previously held performance and digital marketing roles, both brand and agency side, at the likes of Carat, part of the Dentsu Aegis Network, Google and, where Caroline served on the Board.
