James specialises in Data Analytics, helping Arts and Culture organisations with digital strategy, website development and data-driven decision making. Working nationally as part of the Digital Culture Network, James provides 1-2-1 support, training and workshops to improve digital skills across the sector.
James previously led digital teams at the University of Cumbria and Manchester Metropolitan University, using digital analytics to measure activity, engagement, and conversion to find opportunities for growth. Prior to this, James worked at The Lowry in Salford as the Digital Marketing and Sales Manager, leading on digital campaigns and supporting partner organisations to increase revenue through digital channels.
