Richard Jones specialises in insight and strategy, user experience design, usability, user research and is a proponent of a user-first, service design approach. Richard’s career started as a web designer/developer implementing enterprise level CMS and multi-device web applications, before he began focusing on usability, experience design and then strategy. Richard has worked for and provided consultancy to global household names, as well as smaller, yet equally complex clients in the UK, Europe and the US, across all major sectors including financial services, retail, FMCG, education, government, healthcare and engineering. Richard has worked on a diverse range of clients including Eastman Kodak, Samsung, 3M, Arla, GSK, Devine Chocolate, DFS, ASDA, First Direct, Ferrari UK, New Era, The Co-operative Group, Old Mutual Wealth and the NHS – amongst others.
